  • Compete in certified league bowling and establish a recognized average. The GC USBC WBA publishes an annual yearbook with averages along with some season highlights of the members. These averages are also listed on the website under Membership Information.
  • Experience fair, competitive play with USBC standardized rules and regulations.
  • Be eligible to compete in local, state and national tournaments.
  • The GC USBC WBA conducts three or more local tournaments annually for varying levels of competition. In the fall we offer the senior tournament for ages 50 and up, in the winter we host the annual city tournament open to all members, a month later is the Queen’s Match Play. 
  • Be confident that your league money and tournament prize funds are safeguarded under the USBC bonding program.
  • GC USBC WBA volunteers work constantly to promote bowling for all ages and skill levels.
  • Receive a subscription to US Bowler published quarterly by USBC.  Members can also receive the USBC's electronicly published newsletter, US e-Bowler.
  • Earn individual and league awards based on standardized achievements. 
  • Participate in local workshops and clinics to develop and enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Locate a USBC certified coach in our area using the "Find a Coach" feature of
  • Lead and grow the sport of bowling at the local level by becoming a GC USBC WBA volunteer.  There are opportunities for any member who wishes to volunteer their time and services to help grow bowling.
  • Enjoy the fun and social opportunities of being a part of America's largest participatory sport.
